22,000 sq. ft. conversion of a point cloud into a comprehensive BIM model. The model captured HVAC, lighting, sprinklers, and structural systems with accuracy, giving the client a clear picture of existing conditions to guide construction decisions

Historically significant Prairie Style residence requiring an exceptional level of accuracy in documentation. For this project, we performed high resolution LiDAR laser scanning and RTK GNSS surveying to capture precise as built conditions, which were used to generate accurate floor plans, sections, and elevations.
